Our Story

Built for the people who show up

El Patron started with a simple belief: a café shouldn't feel like a transaction. It should feel like a place you're glad to return to.

We opened our doors in Los Angeles with two things in mind — excellent coffee that respects the craft, and a bar program that doesn't take itself too seriously. By day, you'll find regulars nursing their cortado and catching up on the paper. By night, the same tables hold friends laughing over cocktails and a playlist that knows when to turn up.

Nothing fancy. Just good drinks, honest food, and the kind of atmosphere where strangers become neighbors.

The Experience

The Café

Soft light, slow music, and coffee that takes its time. Bring a book, a laptop, or just yourself. The barista will remember your order by week two.
